Candidate has to secure 80% of attendance for theory classes as well as practical in each subject.

The candidate must secure 50% marks in internal examination in each subject.

The candidate must secure 50% marks in external examination separately in each theory and practical examination.

Students should not break or damage any of the apparatus provided for their use.

The student should groom professionally and well behaved in the college.

Students are expected to abide by the rules and regulation framed and amended by the college from time to time.

Students are expected to maintain highest standards in their academic, professional and private life.

Students must wear identity card whenever they are inside the college campus.

No students should stand or loiter about in the corridors during class hours.

Students are forbidden to write on walls, desks and other pieces of furniture.

Certain undesired activities such as ragging, taking of alcohol and drugs, smoking, using vulgar language and indulge in violence are strictly prohibited.

Students should give utmost importance to class work, practicals, home work and sessional examinations.

All students should strictly follow the dress code framed by the college.

Boys students should wear full trousers and full sleeve shirt tucked in with belt and black shoes.

Students should wear the uniform in a neat and professional way.

Students not adhering to dress code will not be permitted to attend the classes.

Students will not be entertained in the college premises for any requirement without proper dress code during working hours.

An annual undertaking signed by each student, whether fresher or senior and his/her parent (s) jointly stating that each of them have read the relevant instructions/regulations against ragging, as well as punishments, and that if the ward has been found guilty he/she shall be proceeded against, shall be procured.

Such an undertaking shall be furnished in English as well as in vernacular (mother tongue of the parent) at the beginning of each academic year by every student.

An undertaking to the similar effect should be obtained every year from each student admitted to the hostel.

The undertaking should be appended to the brochure containing the guidelines and other relevant instructions in regard to ragging and consequences of indulging in ragging.

The compliance to the above effect shall be ensured by each of the affiliating university to which the concerned pharmacy institution is affiliated and would be verified by the council annually.

If any student found to violate this, the students will be punished in accordance with the anti-ragging act (1987), Govt. of India.
